Property looks run-down. Grass not cut. Elevator is broken. Handicap room bench in bathroom fell on me, has a loose rusty screw. Key card lost connection to open door, front desk corrected. Toilet was broken had to lift back to flush each time. AC was not that great. Overall a rundown spot but cheap. Chairs and lounge chairs by pool are mostly broken, side areas are slightly slippery.

The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors appeared as though they hadn’t been mopped in quite some time, and there was visible mildew in the tub/shower area. The towels provided were in questionable condition, and I was unsure of their cleanliness. Additionally, the room showed signs of disrepair, including cracked drywall. Due to these issues, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. On a positive note, the location was convenient, with many nearby dining and shopping options.

Staff is very accomodating, programing messed up billing and reservation which is still trying to solve. also when called hotel i received recording directing me back on online chats. because online checkin was not completed due to needing to split the cost, reservation was automatically cancelled. when i got there, was able to get room but still trying to get the billing resolved. was charged more than resevation price. staff very willing to try to get it resolved but 4 days out should be enough time for it to work out.

From the very first welcome text until the final goodbye…Friendly faces, BEST HOT SHOWER and the most COMFORTABLE soft linens..we love staying at La Quinta for this reason. We encountered a small hiccup with our door not locking. A quick walk to the front desk met with a friendly smile, as always. Resolved quickly..

The pillows are horrible! Don't think they have ever been changed. The towels and wash cloths are bad also.
We had a sink hole in the middle of the rooms floor. Got in middle of the night to use bathroom and almost fell due to sinkhole.

Room was crooked, but great!
So the room was fine, except that it was not square. The countertops in the bathroom leaned downward. The door wasn't square to the frame. The shower curtain did not stay closed. Everything was fine except these little inconsistencies. I love the location, right behind an Applebees, you can walk to. Along with a KFC, right next to a Harley Davidson place where I could walk the dogs.
The elevator was slow, but besides that, it worked for what I needed it to.
